Nick started with the United Labor Agency in March of 2015 as a Recruiter on the Business Services Team in Summit County. As a Recruiter he helped link local job seekers to quality positions within local companies. Later, Nick moved into the Business Services Assistant Manager role where he managed a team of 3 Recruiters and ran the On-the-Job Training program- which helps employers train and retain new hires. He became the Program Manager in Summit County in February of 2020 where he oversees a staff of 14.
Nick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Akron. Prior to joining the United Labor Agency, he had longstanding retail experience with Hot Topic and American Eagle.
