Richard Goodrich joined the United Labor Agency in January 2021. He brings over 25 years of Non-Profit experience in workforce development, education and the explosives industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in of Accounting from Edinboro University. As CFO, Richard is responsible for all of the fiscal operation of the agency with an annual budget of over seven million dollars.
