Angela started with United Labor Agency in December 2013 as an Employment Specialist in Portage County. She moved to Summit County when ULA won the WIOA contract there in 2014, continuing to work directly with job seekers to assist them in achieving their career goals. When ULA won the WIOA contract in Medina in 2018, Angela was promoted to Job Center and Operations Manager at OhioMeansJobs|Medina County. In this role, she is the One-Stop Operator and also oversees all WIOA career and business services.
Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Public Administration from Kent State University. Her previous experience includes child welfare, Social Security disability case management, and cognitive skills training.
