The United Labor Agency had a visible location for a decade at a one-story brick building on Carnegie Avenue in Cleveland, near East 30th Street.
In July 2010 the nonprofit moved from the location, where it had focused on job counseling and training. The agency is now located at Employment Connection, a joint venture between Cleveland and Cuyahoga County aimed at helping job seekers land positions.
