With her thirteen years of employment and human service experience, Amy has developed the ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds, life and professional experience to help them achieve career success. Since joining the United Labor Agency in 2004, Amy has grown from a case management role and now supervises a team of 12 case managers and influences service delivery and performance with her solid comprehension of WIA policy and empathy for the experience of the unemployed worker.
Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Cleveland State University. Prior to joining the ULA Amy was a job developer with WorkTech, Inc. at Community Support Services (Akron, OH) and a placement consultant with TeleDevelopment, Inc.
